For example, one agent with one community and 300 leads per year would be $225 per month. And if you’re following all best practices you should see two closings out of those 300 leads.
How many leads do I need?
A good rule of thumb is (with the proper follow up) about 1 out of every 150 leads will close a transaction with you within one year. So if you want to close two more transactions per year you want to purchase 300 leads.
When will leads be delivered?
Leads will be delivered over the course of 12 months. If you choose a 400 lead package you might receive 50 leads in some months and 20 leads in another month. We always strive to be ahead of schedule with the delivery of leads. And no promises, but our marketing manager is a pretty generous guy so don’t be surprised if you wind up with a few extra.
Will I pay for fake leads?
If you receive a lead without a valid phone or a valid email we’ll replace that lead at no charge.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes. We want to be clear that lead generation and conversion takes time. If you are properly setting property searches, market reports, and diligently following up with phone calls, emails and texts, we’re confident that you’ll close at least 1 out of every 150 leads. But…this is measured over a twelve month period of time. Although it happens, don’t expect leads to be ready to list or look at homes this month.
We invest a lot of effort and money in setting up you CRM, your community, editing videos and managing a digital marketing campaign around you and your community. In order to do this we require a one year commitment. You are free to increase or reduce the number of leads. So if you need to trim your budget back, the worst case is a $75 per month charge plus the minimum number of leads.
